  • The donation of the sleeve sponsorship is as part of the wider community initiative announced in January, in collaboration with Wigan Warriors and Leigh Leopards
  • The Brick branded shirts will be auctioned off through Matchwornshirt following the fixture, with all proceeds going to the Brick.

Wigan Athletic are delighted to announce that The Brick have been donated their sleeve sponsorship for Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup Round 4 fixture v Fulham at the Brick Community Stadium.

The announcement of this donation comes as part of the charity initiative announced in January, where Latics have joined forces with Wigan Warriors and Leigh Leopards to celebrate all things community in the Wigan borough, with the aim to raise £1million in financial and product donations for local charities.

The Brick, which was Latics’ Official Charity Partner in both 2017/18 and 2018/19, and currently holds the stadium naming rights, has a long-standing affiliation with the Football Club, collectively raising much-needed funds to help people who are homeless, in poverty, or facing a debt crisis.

Following Saturday’s fixture, Latics supporters will be able to bid on the match worn shirts HERE with all net proceeds raised going directly to the Brick.

A number of Latics commercial partners have already pledged to support the initiative with financial and product donations to the Brick, and we are still on the lookout for business who wish to show their support. Please contact commercial@wiganathletic.com if you would like further details.
